1 General

Tapettitalo KY offers its customers wallpaper products both in our store and worldwide online. If you have any questions, please contact us by email to address: palvelu@tapettitalo.fi

Our store is in Helsinki, Finland. Our street address is Fleminginkatu 4, 00530 Helsinki. Our official Business Identity Code (BID) is 0105812-4.

2 Shipping and delivery

2.1 Payment Terms

You can pay using the Credit card (Visa, Eurocard/Mastercard, American Express, Diners) or direct to our bank account. If you use the credit card, we will need to know your credit card number and expiration date.

You can use Visa and Eurocard/Mastercard in our online payment. If you wish to use American Express or Diners, you should fax us the relevant information about the card. If you want to pay direct to our bank account, please contact us, so we can give you the needed information.

2.2 The sending of wallpapers

We normally send the wallpapers using either the Priority-parcel post or the Economy-parcel post. You can see the postage looking at the address http://www.posti.fi/english/parcels/internationalparcels/. A roll of the wallpaper weighs about 1 kg. We insure our dispatch, the premium is on the order of 1.70 euros. We don't collect any other handling costs.

2.3 Delivery times

In most cases we are able to deliver the wallpapers to you in 1-2 weeks. If you want us to use the Economy post-parcel, it can take a little longer time, but it is less expensive. Certain special wallpapers can be sometimes out-sold.

2.4 Cancellations

The orders from abroad are binding and cannot be cancelled after sending.

2.5 Returns

Returns will be accepted only if the wallpapers/other items are faulty or if we have sent the wrong items. Send an e-mail to us (palvelu@tapettitalo.fi) and specify why you want to return or exchange the wallpapers.

3 Security and privacy

3.1 Transaction Security Capabilities and Policy

When you pay online using a credit card, the transaction is handled by the Finnish credit card company Luottokunta and secured by 128-bit SSL encryption. We do not store your credit card details on our server.

3.2 Consumer data privacy policy

Any information given to us is only used for the purpose of a transaction. We do not share personal information with any third parties. We do not collect any information about you on this site without your knowledge.
